Weapons of Mass Destruction

Weapons of Mass DestructionWe have found the weapons of mass destruction and its currently here plugged into my usb shooting missiles at my unsuspecting infidels!!

USB gizmos just keep on getting better! The latest weapon in office warfare technology, the ICBM (that?s Inter-Cubicle Ballistic Missile) plugs into any standard computer USB port. The control centre software allows you to control the azimuth and elevation (that?s side-to-side and up-and-down for non military people out there). When you have the target locked in your sights, press FIRE and the computer launches a foam missile, complete with whooshy missile sound effects!

You know a gadget has really caught on when hackers start producing modifications for them! There is unofficial support for the Apple Mac, and for Linux as well as standard ‘official’ report for Windows XP/Vista.

The missiles are launched by strong springs and have a range of about 3 metres, but as the missiles are nice safe foam, you are unlikely to do any damage unless they land in your manager?s coffee….in which case I highly suggest you run!

You could do what we have done here in the sweethacks headquarters, and tape a web cam to it. It certainly keeps visitors on their toes when they see a missile launcher tracking them around the office!

Features:

# Computer controlled missile launcher
# Motorised control system, pan 180 degrees, elevates 45 degrees.
# Three foam missiles
# PC software CD containing ?Radar? type control panel
# Mouse or keyboard controls
# Computer generated missile launch sound effects
# Suitable for ages 5 years+ but includes detachable parts, so supervision is recommended for younger children.
# Requires a standard USB port
# Requires 3 x AA Batteries (not included)
# Size: 8 x 6 x 5 inches (20 x 14 x 12.5cm)

This gadget typically retails for around $50 so its a bit expensive but hey, having people run from a foam missile is quite fun.
