SweetHacks MileStone - 200 RSS Readers

After much hard work and promotion broke the 200 barrier. What am I talking about? The RSS Feed Count of course! We now have 200 RSS Subscribers that can not get enough of our daily updates of technology!

How we broke the barrier:

What we used to do before was host competitions where we ask people to sign up via email to be able to enter but what we found is that most people stay for the initial entry and then leave later. To make sure they stay around we actually now give an incentive to our readers.

Currently what we are doing is to give away a FREE guide/ebook on how to put tomtom on your nokia symbian handset. To get the book you must subscribe to our newsletter (which is our rss feed). See how brilliant this is? Now…ppl will leave if you dont provide quality content so what we are doing is 1) changing the incentive monthly and 2) writing quality posts (like this one )
