Game Review: “Overlord” (Xbox 360)…Another Finnished!

Another Game Played & Completed!

The Good

* Good-looking high-fantasy setting
* Watching minions wreak havoc is fun
* Uniquely blends RPG and RTS conventions.

The Bad

* Occasional objectives that require more speed and precision than the controls can muster
* Could stand to be a little more evil.

What really surprised me about this game is it was really quick and the learning curve was about 20-30minutes! For an RPG game this is quite quick…but very well a games a game!

Finnaly something new! Overlord brings new concepts of gameplaying into a very cool designed game….joykill2k7

A nice difference from the games currently out there and is definitly one of the more fun games I’ve played recently.

I am loving this game right now, on the PC of course. ;)

It reminds me of Fable/Pikmin. If those two games were smooshed together then you’d have Overlord. Good concept if you ask me.

yea this game looks pretty neat, im thinking of getting it. dunno on wot platform though. proably PC but then again these type of games are better on consoles due to the controls…
