iPhone Hack Attack

It is Apple’s ultimate gadget, the device that saw half a million people queue around the block to buy it within two days of its release.

Now… how would you like it if I told you that the iPhone has flaws that could let hackers take complete control of it? Yes thats right, genius’s world wide have found that they can gain access to the iPhone through a Wi-Fi connection or by directing users to a website containing malicious code (viruses etc).

” Hackers can download a wealth of personal information, including contact numbers, e-mail adresses and text messages. It could even be possible to remotely order the phone to call premium rate lines or act as a bugging device.”

Wow, a bugging device? Thats cool but unfortunately some people would exploit this hack for their own benefit so therefore upon that note I welcome a patch update by Apple – preferably a MUST DO update such as the PSP for whenever you want to play new games.

Luckily enough ISE have informed Apple about this potential exploit and have recommended a software patch to fix the problem.
